We offer free returns within 90 days of purchase. You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method.

If you are unhappy with any of our natural products we want to make returning them as easy as possible. We may enquire as to why you're unhappy, not to interrogate you or to make you feel uncomfortable, but by understanding what's wrong can help us to improve our products, and your feedback is critical to this.

We appreciate all of our customers, and when things go wrong we want to know and do everything possible to support you. 

To initiate your 'no hassle' return, please complete the following steps:

RETURNS

1. Email us at info@biologica.nz, include your date of purchase, the products bought, and your reason for returning. 
2. We will promptly reply* with how best to proceed and how you will be reimbursed.

• *reply: We take your concerns seriously at Biologica™, and always endeavour to be back in contact with you within the next working day. Sometimes this can be a little longer, but rest assured we will be in touch as soon as we possibly can. 
• If the product is to be returned to Biologica, there will be NO shipping fees to be paid by you. This will be explained in more detail when we reply to your original email.
