It is the best and delivers on its claims -one treatment lasts up to six weeks. I still use shock treatment with Hydrogen peroxide weekly (no more than 10ml) to keep control on the water turning/germs/smell. I used to have a crazy chemical (chlorine/ph increaser/ph reducer) regime every week - and look out if I missed a treatment - water would become angry and at a certain point in time there would be no point trying to chase it down - so I would have to empty it and replace the water. I also had to find an alternative solution to chlorine as some of my family were very sensitive to it - now everyone is back in the spa, without that crazy chlorine smell and they can stay in the spa for a lot longer thanks to Alchemy.
We have so far just used the spa alchemy from the starter pack… it makes the water nice and soft as promised. Prior to using this, your skin would feel tight and dried out after getting out of the spa from using the minerals to balance the water. Even my sister and mum hopped in the spa and noticed the water softness immediately without me telling them I had used spa alchemy. I will be buying the bulk version next. Thanks team for a brilliant product.

Restore you feel like there is no product used in our spa. We love the refreshing and relaxing experience we have in our spa as we soak in it for longer. Love these spa products
So what I have seen here is a product that is competitive with similar products that claim to be biocompatible & easy to control spa alchemy. It does I feel result in more production of ‘shedding’ of biological material that means potentially more frequent maintenance of removing this material from the pool. So I guess it’s a question of how often you want to do this. It’s very kind on the skin. And this is the main reason I chose to try it. I usually react to anything else I use but this brand seem fine so far.
Easy to use - spray leave then rinse and no nasty smell or chemicals! Leaves filters clean and ready to use!
Only just started using these products but am very impressed with the results so far.

Until now have been cleaning filters through a pretty laborious process. Quite happy with Biologica Restore where I can just take the filters out, spray and leave for 15min. Especially happy with this being a sustainable product rather than the chemicals and hot water that I was using before. 7 thumbs up!
We've tried just about every product on the market for our spa and Biologica is definitely the one we will continue to use. There is no smell and it's beautiful on the skin (we just use a tiny spoon of chlorene once a week or after heavy use) and even washing and rinsing the filters is a breeze - no soaking in icky chemicals. We do need to use it slightly more frequently than suggested but even then it isnt the most expensive treatment we've tried, and certainly gives us a more stable, 'natural', spa experience.
I used this product because the website guaranteed 100% that it would work. I followed the instructions on the bottle but to date it has not worked as well as I had hoped. I am still getting traces of bio-film weeks later. I have now drained the spa whilst I come up with another plan to deal with it.
To be fair, another popular brand I was using did not get rid of it either.
Spa Alchemy™ is a great alternative to typical, chemical heavy water treatments and this is very important, especially in our wooden hot tubs. We used Spa Alchemy™ (as per their instructions) in our wood fired hot tub and found it took our water lifespan from 1 to 2 weeks, up to 3-4 weeks, and that’s with NO filters or extra circulation
The Brilliant™ Spray Cleaner was really, really great. I was really surprised how well it worked and how easily it cut through mildew and grease. Perfect for our recycled yacht sail hot tub lids.

Great products that save time and money!! Especially the filter cleaner, I use to run two filters, because while one was in use the other was being soaked overnight then cleaned! Now it's whip it out, spray it, wait 15 minutes, rinse and you're done!!! Filter comes out nice and clean and white as the day it was purchased!!!! Love it!!
This is the only product brand we have used in our spa since we got it and we love it. Love using a product that issn't harmful to our skin. We often forget to do the 4-6weeks and our spa water is still crystal clean looking and smelling even with regular use.

Great results and very easy. Compared with our previous emptying and pipe clean this was so simple and quick. I don't use chemicals in the spa so this was a great option. I will definitely use this product again.
Nice fragrance. Easy to use just spray and walk away- 15 min later bit of elbow grease with the brush and rinse off. Good as new. Recommend
