I used this product because the website guaranteed 100% that it would work. I followed the instructions on the bottle but to date it has not worked as well as I had hoped. I am still getting traces of bio-film weeks later. I have now drained the spa whilst I come up with another plan to deal with it.
To be fair, another popular brand I was using did not get rid of it either.

Great products that save time and money!! Especially the filter cleaner, I use to run two filters, because while one was in use the other was being soaked overnight then cleaned! Now it's whip it out, spray it, wait 15 minutes, rinse and you're done!!! Filter comes out nice and clean and white as the day it was purchased!!!! Love it!!

Great results and very easy. Compared with our previous emptying and pipe clean this was so simple and quick. I don't use chemicals in the spa so this was a great option. I will definitely use this product again.

I recently emptied my spa and gave it a thorough cleaning. The products are amaizing. My spa was sparkling clean and the filter cleaner is incredible. Wil be buying again.

We really love the restore filter cleaning product. It is super easy to use, spray on, wait 10-15min and rinse off. Filters smell great, and are nice and white again.

We just restocked 2 new bottles after trialing it first.

PS. we are a commercial Cold Plunge Studio, so it does work in a commercial high-use context.

Finding this product and using it has been a god send.It does a wonderful job removing bulid up from my ceder hot tub surface.It cleans without compromising the timber.
It is very simple to use and I love that its not harsh chemicals Im exposing myself too and it leaves no residue behind.

In addition to using it on our spa, I use it for general cleaning - it works great and is not harsh.

Trying to use natural products on the spa. Used this for the first time before draining the spa. Water looks cloudy, which means pipes are clean I believe. No harsh chemical smells. Easier to use, just pour it to the spa filter box and run jets. Also kept overnight and ran jets again for deeper clean.

Just buy this! No need to be a spa scientist after all and thank goodness!

Sparkly water and confidence that no yucky stuff is in the pipes, purge is amazing the filter clean works well and the surface spray cleans everything and is amazing to clean the shower aswell

I'm very pleased with this cleaner in particular for some items that require a ph neutral cleaner.

I only use biological products in my spa and have done so for the past 3 years.
